We focus on expanding cultivation areas and implementing high-tech factory systems to produce environmentally friendly products for both domestic and global markets. After many years of construction and development, the Company now has a production branch of 3,500 m2 in Bao Yen district - Lao Cai. Furthermore, the company is also planning to build a factory with an area of 5 hectares located in Pho Rang - Bao Yen District, Lao Cai.
Viet Bac has a factory manufacturing and processing cinnamon products in Lao Cai province with a large production capacity of 8,000 - 12,000 tons of products made from cinnamon bark/year.
In addition, Viet Bac also built a system to distill and extract cinnamon essential oil that can produce refined products (Cinnamon leaf essential oil, Cinnamaldehyde, Coumarin Natural, BenZaldehyde, Cinnamyl Acetate, O-Methoxy Cinnamaldehyde) in Laos. Quit.
Viet Bac builds raw material areas with organic certification (USDA, EU, JAS), meeting ISO 22000:2018 standards with a phase I scale (2022 - 2025) of at least 3,000 hectares of Organic cinnamon raw material areas to have can meet the needs of all customers around the World.
In addition to the cinnamon growing area, we also have more than 1,000 hectares of growing area for ginseng leaves, ginger, chili and turmeric. Of which, more than 100 hectares are planned in 2024 to grow ginger according to organic standards. To be able to fully meet the needs of international partners, we also link growing areas and cooperate with households in raw material areas, the scale is currently growing larger.
